Sealcoating

Effective sealcoating reduces damage from wear, water, oil, and damaging UV rays from penetrating surface voids in asphalt driveways, parking lots, and other blacktop structures. New parking lots should be seal coated after 1 year, then every 5 years.  Sealcoating extends the life of the asphalt and enhances the appearance of your parking lot.

Asphalt Repair

Whether it is a pothole, age, weather, or other type of asphalt damage, All Florida Striping can fix it with smooth and compacted patches that are esthetically pleasing and long-lasting. Our team utilizes RS-1 (tack with its equivalency to asphalt glue as a bonding agent) and Type III hot asphalt (the parking lot’s original asphalt).

Overlay Paving

The application of a new layer of asphalt pavement on top of an existing parking lot, overlay paving is one of the most effective ways to maintain and strengthen driving surfaces. Administering overlay also reinforces the structural capacity and adds to the longevity of the business parking lots, community and private streets, access roads, and residential driveways.

Thermoplastic Striping

A popular alternative to conventional striping paint, thermoplastic striping primarily has been associated with long lines on highways. Now more commonly used, its durability (can last up to seven time longer than standard paint), unique reflective property that improve visibility (meets retroreflectivity guidelines set by FDOT), and readiness for immediate use make it perfect for parking lots.

Speed Bumps

Speed bumps – made of asphalt, concrete, rubber, metal or even recycled plastic – are used in parking lots and private roads/driveways to slow traffic to as low as 5 mph. Speed humps are simply raised pavement, slowing traffic to 20 mph and found on public roads and near crosswalks.  Both improve traffic flow and increase safety.
